We are running 32-bit PBS Pro, which forces the DRMAA library to be compiled as 32-bit, which in turn forces Python to be compiled as 32-bit. These things I can control. However, some of the eggs that come with Galaxy are 64-bit, and won't work. David On Dec 14, 2010, at 3:04 PM, James Taylor wrote:

Hi David, All of the eggs should be built for both 32 and 64 bit on the platforms we support directly. Which eggs in specific are problematic? --nate
