Johngui, Right, what Sam also asked for is the URL I'd want to see to know where things are going wrong. One other note: In your screenshots in the powerpoint deck it looks like you're accessing galaxy directly on port 8080 instead of going through nginx, which is listening on 80. and my galaxy server is at the root of the domain ( http://127.0.0.1:8080)

And, can you provide a little more of your nginx configuration? Is galaxy being served at the root of the domain?

It says that it's because of change in proxy server configuration

So I set exactly what was written in Galaxy wiki about nginx configuration related to proxy setting like below

Should I change some oher configuration ?
