Hi, I would like to close my cluster, but when click on delete permanently, I see the cluster is still active. Could you help me to close the cluster? cduanra-galaxy-cloud-17-11-28t22-14 Appliance: Galaxy CloudMan Version: 17.05 Cloud: amazon-us-east-n-virginia RUNNING http://52.202.138.61/cloud Best, Arnaud
Hi Arnaud, How long after you shut it down did you check? It will take several minutes for the cluster to complete the shutdown procedure. One thing that may lead to taking it much longer is if there is a logged in user that has an open shell under /mnt/galaxy directory. Either way, clicking on the link you sent leads to a timeout so it looks like you deleted it by now. Ultimately, you can log into the AWS console and delete the VM instance from there.
