Has anyone had success with Galaxy using PBSPro? Do you use pbs_python or DRMAA? Does pbs_python work with more recent versions of PBSPro (>=10)? David Hoover Helix Systems Staff http://helix.nih.gov

Hi David, Michael Pheasant has been working on this recently. There were problems with the (FedStage) PBS Pro C DRMAA library which were recently resolved, so make sure you're using the latest (1.0.3). However, it looks like drmaa-python is currently incompatible with PBS Pro. He logged an issue here: http://code.google.com/p/drmaa-python/issues/detail?id=24 As far as I know, pbs_python is only compatible with the TORQUE C library, not PBS Pro. --nate
