Many issues with Trackster are currently being addressed and a large set of changes is planned for release to Main early next year. Once published, more feedback about this newer tool would be great!
For now, you are welcome to use the in-progress version of the changes that have been done already on the test server http://test.g2.bx.psu.edu/. This morning I am able to load the RefSeq track (complete) in BED format from UCSC there and view chr1 coverage. Please note that not all functionality is active and things can change unexpectedly on the test server!
If you want to stay on Main or have specific visualization requirements, please use the links to GeneTrack, Ensembl, and [back to] UCSC.
