[galaxy-user] Indexing Rat genome - Baylor 3.4/rn4 query

Hi there,

I recently started using your amazing NGS tools. They are really amazing! An helping me out enormously.

I have some single read rat illumina data and would like to map it to the rat genome. However I see that it isn't yet indexed on the "Map with Bowtie for Illumina" page. I wonder if you have plans in the future to index the rat genome?
