Nothing shows up, so as Jen indicated, does not seem to be implemented at first glance... but one could have a look at:

And handle that signal... I guess that the daemon would be "paster", but haven't found where it reads the loc files :-S
I actually implemented SIGHUP and then found that it would not work:

If that patch actually made it to a 2.6 minor release it may solve the problem and I could commit this code.
