The problem is that I want to upload a directory of files into Galaxy but in the drop-down menu (Upload option:) I have only two options 1) upload files (where i can upload only one file at a time) 2) import dataset from current history. I've downloaded the latest version as instructed using this command. ( hg clone https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-dist/)
