The history I shared (via link) appears there, but there's no action associated with it. Meaning: I can see that it is public, but I can't do anything about with (and my expectation would be that I would be able to click on it and import it, because it is public).

That's a bug. The history name should provide a link that you can use to view/import/tag the history. I'll fix it momentarily. Thanks, J.
