Multiple sample runs using workflow
Hello All, I'm seeking help on how do we run a workflow (say bwa mapping on PE data) on multiple samples (eg: 10 samples, PE data) together. I assume "multiple input files selection" option does not work here as the workflow accepts two fastq input files (PE data). Do you have any experience on this? Hi Raj, To run the workflow on multiple samples, start it up on each paired set individually. These can be initiated to run in parallel. A 'master workflow' controller that would manage workflows as modules in a larger pipeline (or something similar) has been discussed, but any development in this direction isn't currently planned for in the near-term.
