Hadzic: 1. Download all drosophila genes from the UCSC Table Browser using "Get data -> UCSC main" (see first attached image). Make sure output format is set to "BED". 2. On the next page presented by the UCSC Table Browser select "Introns" (see the second attached image). 3. Use "Filter and Sort -> Select" tool to grab lines with "intron_0_" in them.
