Hello Arthur, The tool "NGS: QC and manipulation -> FASTX-Toolkit -> Clip" will remove specified 3' adapter sequence. Other "Trim" tools in the sections "NGS: QC and manipulation -> Generic FASTQ manipulation & FASTX-Toolkit" may be of interest, if you want to clip by length/quality.
