First, thanks a lot for your help !!
I restart my Galaxy instance and I do not have this problem of deleted
datasets anymore.
For information, my Galaxy version is :

summary: Fix for populating the tool panel and generating the

This behavior is not reproduce on your public server.

I can't reproduce this behavior on a local instance or on our public server. This
raises a couple questions:
Are you using the most recent version of Galaxy?
Can you reproduce this behavior on our public server (usegalaxy.org)?
