Fwd: Fwd: Galaxy2.2 Test retrieving DNA sequences
Hi- thanks for all of the suggestions- so far we've had no luck in obtaining our sequences. One thing I remember is that different browsers have different settings for how long they take until they time-out- maybe we should try something other than Safari? Laura Begin forwarded message:

Laura: Ben and I tried the suggested options, none of them work. Also Ben tried the other ways, like curl, did not work either.

Laura, Since other tools such as curl are failing, it may be more than just a browser timeout. Could you possibly provide the full output that you receive when trying to download using tools like curl or wget? --nate
Hi Nate- Thanks for your help. Also, we should note that this seems to work if we try chromosome by chromosome. here's the output from from wget: Begin forwarded message: From: "Yang, Mary \(NIH/NHGRI\) [F]" <yangma@mail.nih.gov> Date: July 28, 2006 4:31:09 PM EDT To: "Elnitski, Laura \(NIH/NHGRI\) [E]" <elnitski@mail.nih.gov> Subject: Re: [Galaxy-user] Fwd: Fwd: Galaxy2.2 Test retrieving DNA sequences yes, I did.
