Hi Lanelle, The public server has been very busy today, and this particular message might come up during times of peak usage, but it wouldn't be expected to last very long. Hopefully you have been able to run your workflow since first reporting the problem this morning. If you are able to reproducibly produce this error under certain conditions, we would be very interested in tracking down why. Please share the history & workflow with me along with usage instructions, in a return email to just me (to keep your data private) and we can work from there.
