GCC2026 TRAINING & COFEST Training and CoFest begin today! Thank you for being part of GCC2026. We are excited to continue the week with hands-on training, collaborative project work, and more opportunities to connect with the Galaxy community. Hello, Today we begin GCC2026 Training and CoFest, taking place June 25–26 immediately following the main conference. Training sessions and CoFest activities run in parallel, so you can choose the sessions, projects, and conversations that best match your interests. Thursday sessions include Earth Science & Ecology, Tool Wrapping, Galaxy in Practice, and Machine Learning for Genomics. Friday sessions include Developers Do Bioinformatics, ChIP-seq/CUT&RUN/RNA-seq Analysis, Mass Spectrometry & Advanced Tool Development, and Multi-Omics. CoFest is intentionally informal. Find your project team, join a discussion, contribute where you can, and help move something meaningful forward with the community. AFTER COFEST Help us document the work In the week following CoFest, we will send a short form asking for notes about the work, discussions, planning, and progress made on CoFest projects.
