To ensure your questions are answered quickly and that everyone stays informed about task progress and successes, please follow these communication guidelines: * General Questions & Discussions o Slack Channel: #orga_galaxy_training_academy_2025 o All trainers, leads, and the organizing team will be added to this channel by Wednesday, 02.04. o If you are not yet part of the GTN Slack space, please join via theinvitation link <http://gxy.io/gtn-slack>, and we will add you to the channel. o If you are in the GTN Slack space but not in the #orga_galaxy_training_academy_2025channel, please let us know so we can add you. * Task Status & Questions on ClickUp o Use the ‘Activity’section for any communication related to tasks. o Track leads are encouraged to welcome trainers who take on tasks and to thank them in the ‘Activity’ section. o Trainers can mark a task as ‘completed’ by updating its status and leaving a short note in the ‘Activity’ section to describe what has been done. o If you have any questions or comments about a task, please also post them in the ‘Activity’ section. * GitHub Pull Requests o Some tasks (e.g., content updates, video submissions, or testing) will require a Pull Request (PR). o Once a PR is open, we encourage you to use the PR’s comment section for further discussion.
