Looks to me like tmpfs is full and maybe too small. http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Config/Performance/Cluster?highlight=%28... suggests setting $TEMP= somewhere sensible. Possibly not enough space left on the volume being used for temporary files.
What does df show?
