[galaxy-dev] Wrappers for Sequence Alignment Programs

Hi, I am planning on integrating sequence alignment programs to our local instance of Galaxy. I was wondering if anyone else has developed wrappers for the following programs: Maq, Bowtie, Tophat. Also, is there a central repository for any new tools or wrappers that have been created by other developers? It would certainly be a useful resource and if I need to wrap these tools myself I would be happy share the code.
