Hi,
I am planning on integrating sequence alignment programs to our local instance of Galaxy. I was wondering if anyone else has developed wrappers for the following programs: Maq, Bowtie, Tophat.
Also, is there a central repository for any new tools or wrappers that have been created by other developers? It would certainly be a useful resource and if I need to wrap these tools myself I would be happy share the code.

Hello Shaun,
Currently the best process for sharing tools is to use the galaxy-dev@bx.psu.edu mail list. We are in the process of developing the framework that will allow for tool sets to be more easily imported into Galaxy instances, and using bitbucket for sharing tools. We'll communicate to the user base when we have these components in place. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you on this.
