The Galaxy Team itself never really dealt with MS datatypes, so you may be the first one ;). Let us know if you have problems.

I am experimenting with the Galaxy tool and adding a module itself is no problem. Furthermore there are a lot of datatypes supported (FASTA etc.), but it seems NetCDF is not yet 'supported'.
