Hi guys,
Recently we have discovered there is a bug in the database dump utility. And we had used the same utility to migrate the galaxy mysql database once.
That resulted the on the current galaxy database, two tables are missing:
genome_index_tool_data tool_dependency
I am wondering if there is a safe way to repair the database so that these two tables get added back?
