Best practices for organizing Galaxy workflows for reproducible analysis

Hello everyone, I'm relatively new to Galaxy and have started building several workflows for sequencing data analysis. As the number of workflows grows, it becomes harder to keep them organized and easy to reuse. I would like to ask how experienced users manage their workflows. Do you use a specific naming convention, versioning strategy, or folder structure? How do you document workflow parameters so that collaborators can reproduce the analysis without confusion? I'm also interested in knowing whether you prefer maintaining a single flexible workflow or several smaller workflows for different datasets and projects.
