Hi, Is there no tool in Galaxy which can detect chimera transcripts ??? warm regards, Amit
Hello Amit, There is no tool to perform this task as a stand-alone function. However, using a annotation/mapping tool such as Blastn on a local or cloud instance and a combination of Galaxy's comparison and filter tools (such as those in the group " Operate on Genomic Intervals") could likely be used to develop a workflow. http://getgalaxy.org Best wishes, Jen Galaxy team On 6/12/12 4:55 AM, Amit Pande wrote:
