Hi, how can I defined various library import directories within the "universe_wsgi.ini" by using the "library_import_dir" ? same question for "user_library_import_dir"? thanks, Erick
Make sure there are no files within the directory, only sub directories - e.g.: <library_import_dir> <subdirectory1> files <subdirectory2> files If there are any files in a directory, they are loaded and directories are ignored. Greg Von Kuster Galaxy Development Team Erick Antezana wrote:

Hi, Are there any plans to incorporate the motif finders MEME (http://meme.sdsc.edu/meme/intro.html ) and/or Weeder (http://159.149.109.9/modtools/) into Galaxy? Thanks, Steve
Stephen: Not at the moment. However, if you know someone who has tried wrapping these for Galaxy, we can work with them to integrate these tools into our public instance. Thanks, anton galaxy team On Sep 15, 2009, at 6:42 AM, Stephen Taylor wrote:

Hi, Would MEME be easier to integrate given that ememe is an EMBASSY program and you already have EMBOSS in Galaxy? Thanks, Steve

Both should be quite easy. ememe will likely be easier since the EMBOSS tools are completely command line configurable. Weeder is slightly more difficult since it doesn't allow you to set the name of the output files. A simple wrapper script can deal with that though.
