All,
Registration is now open for the * GOBLET Annual General Meeting and
Workshops* in Brisbane, Australia! We hope you will join us for both events.
Workshop Dates: November 3-4, 2016 at the Queensland University of
Technology (QUT)
AGM Dates: November 7-9, 2016 at QUT

*DEADLINE* for registration is *Friday October 14th, 2016*.
The draft agenda is attached as well as on the website. More information on
the workshops, AGM meeting and travel in Brisbane can be found on the
registration website.
*LOGISTICS*
1. Three (3) nights hotel, bed and breakfast, will be covered for GOBLET
member organizations at the Stamford Plaza, Brisbane
<http://www.stamford.com.au/spb> during the GOBLET AGM. This is a city
centre location and about a 5 min walk from QUT. The negotiated rate will
be available for stays from November 2nd to November 10th, inclusive.
Additional nights can be booked at guests own expense during this time at
the negotiated rate. Bookings must be made directly through the hotel, but
will be expensed by GOBLET for the 3 nights of the AGM.
2. A GOBLET AGM dinner will be held on November 8th and you can indicate
your attendance when you register.
3. The workshops and AGM will be catered for all attendees.
4. GOBLET Executive, Gold and Platinum GOBLET members are eligible for
subsidised AGM attendance of 500 euros.
5. Organisation of airfares and incidentals is the responsibility of
GOBLET AGM attendees
*ABACBS National Conference*
This year the GOBLET AGM will be held in conjunction with the annual
conference of the Australian Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
Society <http://www.abacbs.org/conference> (ABACBS) on Nov 1st and 2nd.
GOBLET members are very welcome to attend!
