Bonjour à toute et à tous, La liste de diffusion Galaxy-France a été créée en 2012 pour servir en tant que forum de news et de discussion envers la communauté francophone. Sur les 7 années passées, il y a eu 144 sujets et annonces crées sur cette liste. Cependant, il y a eu un régulier déclin dans l'utilisation de cette liste: l'année dernière il n'y a malheureusement eu que deux messages. Cela est certainement dû au fait que SFBI (Société Française de Bioinformatique) a servi de façon efficace la communauté française de Galaxy, et a même touché un plus grand public. À partir d'aujourd'hui: 1) La liste sera passée en mode "archive-only" 2) La liste ne sera plus apparente sur le site internet GalaxyProject.org 3) La recherche sur le site Galaxy <https://galaxyproject.org/search/?q=galaxy-france#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=galaxy-fr…> continuera de fonctionner afin de consulter les archives Merci pour les 7 dernières année, et nous espérons vous voir sur SFBI, Gitter et Galaxy Help. Je me permets de faire suivre les infos concernant l'ouverture des votes pour les sessions de formations qui seront données lors de la prochaine [ https://galaxyproject.org/events/gcc2019/ | 2019 Galaxy Community Conference (GCC2019) ] qui se tiendra à Freiburg (Germany) du 1 au 6 Juillet. Cette année le programme se focalise particulièrement sur les utilisateurs de Galaxy, notamment via les sessions de formation. Bonjour à tous, La question est la suivante : est-ce que galaxy s'installe sur linux (kubuntu) ou sur macbook pro (sierra) ? j'ai 2 ordi et aucun sous windows. Tout ce que je trouve pour l'instant est sous windows.Je cherche pour l'un ou l'autre des environnements indiqués ci-dessus. Le but est d'analyser un séquençage génome (humain) fourni en format .vcf . Je débute. Si c'est sans solution, c'est que je ne suis pas au bon endroit ! Merci d'avance de vos réactions. Didier

Hi Dave, Hi everyone, Thank you for sharing this amazing news! Gildas and I have started to exchange with Dannon and others and Gildas is beginning translation tasks if I don't make mistake. As working on this task is part of the job of an intern, Valentin, copied, who is working with me at Concarneau, I have proposed to Dannon that Valentin will start to work with him regarding Galaxy core code tasks thus we can create a french continuum and work to maintain this "frenchization".... For the "translation" tasks, maybe we have to synchronize with Gildas to be sure not duplicating work ? This is really an amazing beautiful birthday gift for me Dannon! You made my day !
