Bonsoir à tous les Galaxystes, Juste un petit mail car il semble, sauf erreur de ma part, que l'info n'a pas circulé sur la liste Galaxy France. Vous trouverez ci-joint un mail de Björn Grüning concernant le remote hackathon Galaxy metagenomique qui aura lieu lundi et mardi prochain. Comme nous avions entamé des discussions sur cette thématique avec des collègues de l'Ifremer de Plouzané, d'Ecobio à Rennes et de l'INRA de Toulouse et Jouy-en-Josas notamment, nous proposons d'héberger une dizaine de personnes intéressées par participer à l'événement à l'INRIA / IRISA de Rennes pendant les 2 jours du hackathon. Nous avons commencé à rédiger un pré-programme et des actions possibles autour des pipelines FROGS, Qiime, Mothur et ASaiM notamment ( https://cesgo.genouest.org/groups/guggo/wiki/MEtagenomicsHackathon ) . Bonjour, Renater signale plusieurs défigurations de sites de la communauté exploitant une fonctionnalité de Galaxy . Galaxy permet nativement l'upload et le download de fichiers en mode anonyme pour une utilisation basique. Il est donc possible à n'importe qui de pouvoir uploader un fichier et de le mettre à disposition dans le système. Ce fonctionnement en mode anonyme a été utilisé par des attaquants pour réaliser de nombreuses défigurations d'instances Galaxy. Si vous constatez une défiguration effective, merci de déclarer un incident à votre rssi. Cordialement, Alexandre

Hello, Suite à la GCC 2015 plusieurs d'entre nous ont été approchés pour organiser la GCC2017 en France. repertoire

Bonjour, pour asembler du 16S paired end Miseq via Qiime sour Galaxy & il faut passer un repertoire (contenant les fichiers R1 et R2) au programme multiple_join_paired_ends.py de Qiime. Probleme je n'arrive pas a uploader un repertoire. Comment faire?? j'ai essayer de creer une librairie, une collection mais rien n'y fait ca n'est pas vu comme un repertoire par le programme, j'aicette erreur systematiquement : Error in multiple_join_paired_ends.py: option -i: not a directory (can't be a file!): 'multiple_join_paired_ends_input' Merci pour l'aide Fabrice

Bonjour à tous, J'avais concernant la redirection des output des fichiers par Galaxy. J'ai modifie le fichier galaxy.ini le file_path, par contre est-ce que quelqu'un a pu dire à Galaxy que pour un utilisateur donné d'ecrire l'output dans le repertoire du user. Car je suis entrain de faire un cp et rm et mv, mais je voudrais savoir si il n'y pas un autre moyen plus simple.
