generic sounding error when trying to upload files to data library

Hi, We have our own galaxy instance and I'm trying to add datasets to a data library. It has always worked before, but today, when I choose any of the upload options, it gives the following error: This link may not be followed from within Galaxy. It seems like a very generic error. Any ideas of what could be going on? Thanks for the help. Dhivya

tool shed offline?

Hi, This is my first post to this list. I'm working on a Galaxy service within CSIRO in Australia. I can't seem to access http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/ at the moment. Is it offline or is there something else between here and there preventing the access? Regards.
